I struggle to understand how our mayor and his "authority" majority have wanted to use a figure so curious as that of our commissioner .. sports (for more outside).

It seems that this man has a behavior which in electronics is called "bistable" or speak or talk in the press as in The News on Friday (unless Bassani belies the next City Council).

The use of a normal verbal confrontation and open discussion does not seem be their custom.
